Direct Booking

Step 1: 
Use the Airbnb icon link below to check the availability of your desired dates. If they are available, then come back here and go to Step 2!

Step 2:
Use the Direct Booking Form button below.  We will email or text you the best price based on your contact preference.

 

Step 3:

We will get back to you ASAP with the price quote and once you agree to the best price, we will send you over to the "Rental Agreement Form" to fill out the online rental agreement and then pay for the booking.  Click here to read the "Rental Agreement Form"and learn our Terms and Conditions.

Step 4:

Based on your preferences, you will be sent a link for payment. We accept Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Never send your credit card information to us. We also take Venmo or PayPal. You will notice as soon as we process the payment your dates are blocked on all booking sites to secure your dates. Once paid you will receive a "Thank you for Booking" email. Followed by 24 hours before your check-in date you get another email with "Check-In" documentation, including the WiFi Codes / Door Codes and Directions. Westwood Retreat also complies with Idaho State Sales Tax (6%) and Travel and Occupancy Taxes (2%). If you are booking out further than 30 days, we will arrange only a deposit and then a pay-in-full date(s).
